For bookers

How do I book a parking slot?

Search by condo or location, pick an available slot, choose your parking window, and pay online to confirm. Your booking is only reserved once payment succeeds — you’ll get a confirmation with the slot details right after.

What times can I book? What timezone is used?

All booking hours are shown in Philippine time (UTC+8). You choose a start and end time, and overnight or multi-day windows are supported. The price you see before you pay is the full amount for that window.

What fees do I pay as a booker?

You pay the slot’s parking price plus a small convenience fee that covers online payment costs. You pay via QR Ph — scan the QR at checkout with your bank or e-wallet app. The exact fee is finalized at checkout and shown — along with your total — before you confirm. There are no hidden charges.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Each listing sets its own free-cancellation window. Cancel a paid booking at least that long before the start time and you get a full refund of the parking amount; cancel later and the booking is forfeited (no refund), since the owner has held the slot for you.

When an owner hasn’t set a custom window, the platform default applies — currently 24 hours. You’ll always see the exact cancellation cutoff for a slot on the booking screen before you pay.

Refunds are all-or-nothing on the parking amount — there’s no partial refund for hours you don’t end up using or if you leave early.

Full terms: Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

How do refunds reach me?

Approved refunds are sent to the refund account you nominate (bank, GCash or Maya) in your Profile — so make sure it’s set up to receive one. If a refund is disputed, our support team reviews it — typically within a few days — and decides based on the booking details and any evidence provided.

Can I extend my parking time?

If the slot is still free afterward, you can extend from your booking. You pay for the added hours at the slot’s hourly rate plus a small flat extension fee (₱50 for cars, ₱20 for motorcycles) — the full amount is shown upfront before you confirm.

Why do I need to verify my ID? How does the selfie check work?

Your first booking is frictionless. From your second booking onward, we ask you to submit a valid government ID and a selfie holding that ID. This protects owners and other bookers by confirming real accounts.

To confirm the selfie is really you, we compare it against the photo on your ID using facial-recognition technology (a biometric check you consent to when you submit). A strong match verifies you automatically; otherwise a member of our team reviews it — you can ask for a person to review any result. Your second booking can go through while this is being reviewed; from the third, your identity needs to be verified. You only submit once — after that you carry a Booker Verified tag. You can view your documents anytime under Booker → Documents.

Submitting false or falsified information may result in suspension of your account.

Is my ID and payment information safe? How long do you keep my ID?

Payments are handled by our licensed payment provider — Parqo never stores your card or bank details. Your ID and selfie are used only to verify your account.

The face comparison is a one-time, in-memory check — we keep only the numeric match result, never a facial template. We keep your ID and selfie while your account is active; if your account is inactive for about 3 months it’s marked Inactive, and your identity documents are deleted about 90 days later (the actual files are purged, not just our record of them).

Full detail: Privacy Policy.

For owners

How do I list my parking slot?

Switch to Owner mode and apply to become an owner, add your building and slot details, and upload proof of ownership (title/CCT, or a sublease contract). Each listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live — usually within about 3 days.

Does it cost anything to list, and what does Parqo charge?

Listing is free. Parqo charges owners a platform fee on each confirmed booking — you set your own rates and the fee is deducted automatically before your payout. You see the current rate when you create a listing and in your Owner dashboard.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are released every Wednesday (12PM–6PM PH). A booking becomes ready to release once its funds have settled and its parking window has ended. To make a given Wednesday, payment needs to have landed by the end of Sunday that week — later payments roll into the following week’s batch.

Can I get paid faster?

Yes. Expedite payout releases the earnings from your completed bookings the next day (12PM–6PM PH) instead of waiting for Wednesday, for a 3.5% fee netted from the payout. It covers any booking whose parking window has ended — even ones whose funds are still settling — but not upcoming or refund-held bookings, and it can’t be undone once confirmed.

How do I receive my money?

Add a payout account (bank, GCash or Maya) in your Profile. You need a payout account on file before you can expedite or before a payout can be released to you.

What happens if a booking is disputed or refunded?

A booking under refund review is held from payout until it’s resolved. If the refund is approved, the booking is cancelled and no payout is due for it. If it’s declined, the booking is paid out as normal.

Do I need to re-verify my listings?

Ownership documents are re-confirmed once a year per listing (we remind you before it’s due). A listing with lapsed documents is hidden from search until you re-submit — your other listings are unaffected. Sublease listings expire on the sublease contract’s end date.

Where can I read the full owner terms?

The binding commercial terms are in the Owner Agreement.

Referrals

How does the referral programme work?

Every account gets a referral code. If someone signs up as a new owner using your code, you earn a one-time reward of 5% of their gross rent from bookings that actually completed during their first month. There’s no cap on how many people you can refer.

When does the one-month window start?

It starts on the owner’s first booking, not on the day they sign up, and runs for one calendar month (a first booking on 15 March runs to 15 April). If they never get a booking, the window never opens and nothing is lost — it simply starts whenever their first booking comes in.

Which bookings count towards my reward?

Only realised bookings — ones that completed (plus a late cancellation the owner still earned on). Upcoming bookings don’t count until they’re done, and a refunded booking drops out. That’s the same basis as the owner’s own payout, so the two figures always agree.

Does this cost the owner I referred anything?

No. The reward is funded by Parqo out of our own platform fee. It never reduces the owner’s payout, never changes their fee rate, and never adds anything to what a booker pays.

Who can I refer?

Someone who isn’t already an owner on Parqo and whose listings aren’t run by a manager or broker. You can’t refer yourself, and each owner can only be referred once — the referral is recorded when they sign up and can’t be changed afterwards.

When do I get paid?

After the owner’s first month closes and those bookings have settled — the same 2-day settlement the owner’s payouts follow, so the total is final before we release it. It goes to the account already in your Profile — your payout account if you’re an owner, or your refund & referral account if you’re a booker. Add it before your first reward is due.

Your Referrals tab shows each owner you referred: whether their listing is live, their gross so far, your reward, and what has already been paid out.

Is my referral reward taxable?

A referral reward is your income. We may ask for your TIN before paying it, and where the law requires it we withhold and remit tax on the amount.

Can the reward rate change?

Yes — we can change the rate or end the programme at any time, but only going forward. The rate on a booking is locked in when the booking is made, and rewards you’ve already earned aren’t affected.

What does the person I refer see, and what do I see about them?

They’re told they signed up with your code. You see their name, whether they have a live listing, and their gross and your reward for that first month — nothing else. No contact details, no bank details, no documents, no individual bookings.

This page is a plain-language summary. Where it differs from our Terms of Service, Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy or Owner Agreement, those documents govern.
